Angelique Nesbitt
Principal
Angelique has an accomplished background in business and law having worked as a corporate lawyer in private practice and as an experienced C suite executive leading the Transfield Services Limited Legal and Company Secretarial teams. During her time at Transfield Services, her portfolio grew to also include leading and managing Insurance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit. Angelique has extensive legal experience in supporting essential infrastructure services, renewable energy, transport, resources and defence and social infrastructure.
Danny Klepac
Principal
Danny is an experienced employment and WHS lawyer and has worked across many different industries including construction, contracting, infrastructure services and media. He works closely with in-house teams to achieve optimal results and is known for a practical approach to realising strategic outcomes. His practice areas include strategic advice and support in relation to employment and IR strategy, legal compliance, due diligence and risk management, litigation and dispute management. Danny has extensive stakeholder experience in dealing with WHS regulators, the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Australian Building & Construction Commission, industrial tribunals and trade unions.
Victoria Skinner
Special Counsel, Consultant
Victoria is a Senior Counsel with over 20 years’ experience in employment and workplace relations law. As a qualified lawyer, she brings her extensive expertise to work with clients in providing advice, negotiation and dispute resolution. Victoria has worked across in-house, private practice, and trade union environments, managing complex employment issues with adeptness. Her deep understanding of employee and workplace relations dynamics allows her to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes in diverse organisational settings. Victoria has extensive experience in managing matters with regulators, including the Fair Work Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman and health and safety and discrimination regulators.
Stanley Wang
Senior Legal Counsel
Stanley Wang specialises in managing commercial and legal issues on project financing, development and construction delivery. His employment experience includes commercial and lawyer roles at Minter Ellison, Pinsent Masons, and Foresight Group across legal advisory, contract administration, transaction management and SPV directorships. Stan has BBus (Finance), LLB, and LLM qualifications, he is also a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in Business Law and a Committee Member of the Business Law Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee of the Law Society of NSW where he participates in setting and marking the assessments for the business area of law in the Specialist Accreditation Program.
Leanne Williams

Leanne Williams is a senior finance, governance, and corporate services manager with over 20 years of diverse experience. She holds a Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits from the Governance Institute of Australia and has extensive expertise in office setup, operational infrastructure, and team leadership. Leanne excels in finance processes, governance, IT, accounting, and HR, including recruitment and staff training. Her previous roles span various sectors, showcasing her adaptability and problem-solving skills. She currently serves as Company Secretary at Augmena Pty Limited.
